1. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, password hash.
- Profile data: photo, bio, location, verification status.
- Trading data: listings, deals, messages, ratings, ledger entries.
- Payment metadata: amounts, references, status (we do not store card details).
- Device & usage data: IP, browser, pages visited, error logs.
2. Why we use it
- Run the platform, enable trades and escrow.
- Verify identity and prevent fraud.
- Resolve disputes and provide support.
- Send transactional and security notifications.
- Improve safety, performance and user experience.
3. Who we share it with
Other users only see the public parts of your profile (name, photo, ratings, listings). We share data with payment processors (e.g. Paystack), identity verification providers, cloud infrastructure, and law enforcement when legally required.
4. Storage & security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We restrict admin access and log sensitive actions.
5. Your rights
- Access, correct or export your data.
- Request deletion (subject to legal & dispute retention).
- Withdraw consent for non-essential processing.
